Quick friendly service every time!

Had no problems.

I have had my Equinox into dealership now 4 times with same issue. Lunging forward and they keep saying nothing they can do since there is not a check engine light, but I also showed them video of it happening, and still nothing they can do. Only 11,000 miles on it, and issue reported with a little of 6,000 on it. Now having to try to initiate a buyback due to contstant issues and it is a safety issue, and they seem to not want to help. I do not think I will ever buy a vehicle from them again. If issues persist and nothing can be done with vehicle will probably never buy a GM product again, and I am a loyal GM customer. Seems customer loyalty not a thing anymore.

Pleasant staff. Timely service. They forgot my DEF, so I had to turn around and come back…which makes me wonder if they could have forgotten anything else? Need bigger coffee cups. Will try again in a couple of months.

My experience was just the way I wanted it and that’s the way it should be. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle.
