While I value the services offered by the dealer and Bob Allen Chevy in particular, Prices for oil changes there are getting excessive and I will probably not return. I understand that they have seen price increases as well, but they seem to be taking liberty to raise prices at will while my fixed income does not allow me to "pass it on".

Great experience. Traded my ford f350 platinum that bought brand new 12 yrs ago with 72000 miles on it. Was having trouble with emissions which caused to go slow go. Had been to Stawart Powell 4 times and had not resolved the problem. Need a reliable truck to pull 40 foot horse trailer to Oklahoma on 12 Sept. so I came to Bob Allen’s to trade. We came to an agreeable price I wrote a check and drove a 2026 3500 serria at4 hd home. Debbie did a great job. Thanks. Kent loomer.

This is the 3rd vehicle that I have bought with Brittany Conder. She is awesome and the reason I keep coming back!!

Friendly, helpful, on time

my overall sales team experience was excellent could not complain about any aspects of it. I do feel like I was pressured in signing some financial packages that should not have been presented in the way that they was.

Great service and staff!!

I needed transmission service and while there, they were kind enough to find a reason for squeaky brakes and fixed it.

It was wonderful I got the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. An Debbie was great

Brittany was a fabulous salesperson. Will always buy from her! From start with her to finish with finance it was a great experience.

Had a great experience. Wasn’t hassled by anyone and Debbie was wonderful to deal with.
